Meet The Professionals Behind Bespoke Financial
George has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry with a specific focus on asset based lending, off balance sheet financing of commercial assets, and structured credit. After graduating from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 2008 with majors in Finance and Statistics, George joined Goldman Sachs as an US Interest Rates Trader where he managed his own $2bn book of risk. From 2013 to 2018, he worked at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management’s Structured Credit Group in Los Angeles where he focused on structuring esoteric asset financing for a variety of commercial assets including airplanes, container leases, and receivables. His primary responsibilities centered around underwriting credit risk, negotiating deal structures with issuers, portfolio management of 3 debt funds totaling $1bn AUM, and credit risk management.
VP of Operations
Ioana joined Bespoke in June 2019 as VP of Operations and manages Bespoke’s loan origination process and client activity. She brings over 10 years experience working in wealth management, banking, and investments. Ioana started her career at Bank of America in the Sales and Service division for Consumer Banking and Branch Operations. She transitioned to Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management division as a Financial Advisor in 2011 and managed a new business unit of advisor trainees, bringing in a new revenue stream through Merrill Edge within the financial centers. Prior to that, she started her own business opening a float center facility in Santa Clarita. Ioana is a Pepperdine Graziadio Business School MBA alumnus and holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Kedge Business School in France.
VP of Business Development
Judson is a proven business development leader with experience building out sales teams in start-ups. In 2013, he joined Trunk Club as one of the first 50 team members in Chicago. He helped grow the sales team to over 500 and after Nordstrom’s $350M acquisition of the company in 2014, he moved to LA to open the first west coast office. In 2017, he shifted into cannabis and joined Trellis, a SaaS inventory management system for cannabis operators, as the Director of Sales. During his two years at Trellis, he was able to meet cannabis operators nationwide while gaining extensive knowledge of cannabis regulations and supply chain issues. He used this platform to help launch a California based pre-roll brand in 2018 before joining the Bespoke team in June 2019 as the VP of Business Development.
VP of Finance
Brittney joined Bespoke in December 2019 as VP of Finance focusing on formalizing Bespoke’s internal controls to accurately track loan origination and collection activity while also providing input on refining the credit underwriting process. She was previously the Controller at Maxwell Group, a leading management company in the senior housing industry with over 2,900 employees and 3,000 units across six states. Brittney has a strong background in both accounting and finance developed through her four years of experience as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and three years as a Senior Analyst at Duke Energy. Brittney holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she also earned her BA in Economics in 2008 and passed the NC CPA exam in 2009.
VP of Data Analytics
Rachel joined Bespoke in December 2019 as VP of Data Analytics, leveraging her experience in data science and credit analysis to build Bespoke’s internal credit database. Prior to joining Bespoke, Rachel worked for six years at Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, rising to Senior Associate on the Structured Credit team where she was focused on structuring, analyzing, and monitoring the performance of a variety of esoteric Asset-Backed Securitization debt issuances and Collateralized Loan Obligations. In this role, she also focused on systems engineering, ultimately automating much of the investment management workflow and building numerous tools for on-going surveillance of credit performance. After leaving Guggenheim in 2019, she completed a Data Science Immersive Course at General Assembly. Rachel graduated from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management
